Getting around the site
MENU - Our website is organized around the different professions we serve.
By using the blue links in the menu bar at the top of each
page, or the links in the content throughout the site, you
can access the sections that interest you.
REGISTER - We encourage you to register on our site so that we can create
a personalized "My Site" page for you. With My Site, you
can manage your courses and exams, view your web order history, maintain your
profile and license information and view / print your completion certificates.
When you make a purchase from our site, you will be registered automatically.
If you are a returning customer your login information will work on this site
as well.
SELECT - On pages where you have the option to take more advanced action
(such as sorting product lists or building packages of courses) additional
instructions are provided to assist you with these selections. Please
take the time to read these instructions as they will help you use the site
more effectively.
HOMEPAGE - If you get lost, you can always start over by clicking on our
logo in the upper left corner of every page to return to
the homepage. Many people find using the sitemap helpful as well.
CONTACT - If you need additional help call our Career Counselors
who will be happy to walk you through the site, provide info on products,
or take your enrollment over the phone. Visit the contact us page for info
on communicating with us. The page also includes an online form you can use
to submit your comments, questions or suggestions.
Where do I go on the website to take my course once I have enrolled?
MY SITE - Your courses can be found in the "My Site" section
displayed in the upper right of the homepage. After enrolling you can gain
immediate access to the course(s) you've purchased. You can return to My Site
at any time and your course(s) will be available for one year from the date
of enrollment.
Once I enroll in an online course, can I start immediately?
YES - The online enrollment process includes credit card verification. In
under a minute, you will be approved to start your desired online course(s).
We will send you an e-mail confirmation for your records, but you may begin
the course at any time.
Where do I access my final exams?
MY SITE – Final exams can be accessed from the "My
Site"page.
How do I print my certificate of completion?
MY SITE – After taking and passing your final exams you can print your course
certificate of completion from the My Site page. You can return to print additional
copies if needed.
